What are the instructions for use?
Please refer to our Instructions for Use section for detailed guidance on how to use Oxysaver canisters safely and effectively.
Can I take oxygen on a plane?
No, airline regulations prohibit passengers from carrying portable oxygen canisters onboard. Please check with your airline for alternative solutions.
Is oxygen flammable?
Oxygen itself is not flammable, but it supports combustion. Keep it away from open flames, sparks, and extreme heat sources.
How do I dispose of the can after use?
Once empty, our canisters should be recycled where possible. Ensure the can is completely empty before disposal and follow local recycling guidelines.
My canister has arrived—should it feel light and empty?
Yes, oxygen is a gas, so even when full, the canister may feel light. Unlike liquid-based products, gas is not dense and does not add much weight.
Will taking oxygen help improve my medical condition?
Oxysaver is a supplemental oxygen product, not a medical device. If you have conditions like asthma, COPD, pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis, or other respiratory issues, consult a healthcare professional before use.
What is the largest size canister you supply?
Our largest available canister is 110L, which comes with a valve, mask, and tube for extended use.
Are any of the bottles/canisters refillable?
No, our canisters are single-use and cannot be refilled for safety and quality assurance reasons.
Can I take this to the mountains for walking holidays?
Yes! Oxysaver is great for high-altitude trips, helping combat oxygen deficiency and altitude sickness.
What’s the difference between the inhaler cap and the mask & tube?
- Inhaler Cap – A simple mouthpiece for quick bursts of oxygen.
- Mask & Tube – A more continuous oxygen flow, ideal for prolonged use or deeper inhalation.
I’ve heard breathing pure oxygen is bad for you—is this true?
Breathing pure oxygen in moderate amounts is safe for healthy individuals. Issues arise with prolonged exposure at high pressures, which is not the case with Oxysaver.
Why doesn’t your oxygen turn into liquid if it is stored under pressure?
Oxygen requires extremely low temperatures (-183°C) to become liquid. Our canisters store oxygen as a highly compressed gas, not as a liquid.
Can I collect from your distribution centre?
At the moment, we do not offer direct collection. All orders are shipped via our courier partners.
⚠️ Please Note: We cannot provide medical advice regarding the use of oxygen for conditions like asthma, COPD, COVID-19, or other medical conditions. Please consult a doctor for medical concerns. For more information, feel free to contact our support team.
